Last night Jared and I were talking about how today was "earth day" and he said that I should make a cake for his work. I don't think he was really serious, but I took it seriously and started baking away :) It was actually really easy and I had fun.

Cool, but did you use the oven when you made this or an "all natural" method of baking? was it made with all organic materials? Did you cook it with lights on or off? And did Jared bike the cake to work where his co-workers refused to eat it with plastic silverware and ate it with their hands instead? I sure hope so for the Earth's sake. (I think California has made us more sarcastic) Happy earth day.
